Technalign's Business Model

The term business model describes a broad range of informal and formal models that are used by enterprises to represent various aspects of business, such as operational processes, organizational structures, and financial forecasts. Although the term can be traced to the 1950s, it achieved mainstream usage only in the 1990s.

Corporate Infrastructure:

  • Core capabilities
    • The capabilities and competencies necessary to execute a company's business model.
  • Partner network
    • The business alliances which complement other aspects of the business model.
  • Value configuration
    • The rationale which makes a business mutually beneficial for a business and its customers.

How Technalign develops it's product offerings

Technalign software is widely used for private and noncommercial applications. However, Technalign uses open source frameworks, modules, and libraries inside our for-profit products and services. Technalign uses functional encapsulation in the applications, where an open source framework or library is installed on the computer separately from the Technalign products, and the commercial product uses the open source functionality.

We achieve outstanding customer satisfaction with our partners and customers alike. We deliver solutions through adjusting technologies so that they are in proper relative position to business requirements and needs.
