within four days. This way you have the cash benefits you need to
help pay expenses not covered by major medical. Aflac is provided
on top of the HMO for added benefits to the employee and is completely
voluntary.

no deductibles to pay, so the benefits are not reduced by a plan

Hospital
Confinement Indemnity:

a benefit when your employees are required to stay in a hospital
for 23 hours or more for a covered sickness of injury.

Confinement Sickness Indemnity:

Confinement Sickness Indemnity policy, Aflac pays benefits based
upon hospitalization. They also pay benefits for major diagnostic
exams, physician visits, surgery, and more.

Health Event:
- Aflac pays
a First-Occurrence Benefit as well as hospital confinement and
continuing care benefits for heart attacks, strokes, comas, major
human organ transplants, and much more.
- They pay
you directly, unless you tell us otherwise, no matter what other
insurance you may have.
